Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 August 2026

These terms govern your use of RankMoss (“the Service”). RankMoss is a trading name of NTUK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08765474), registered office Office 7, 35-37 Ludgate Hill, London, England, EC4M 7JN(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

RankMoss generates SEO/marketing content from the positioning you provide, runs it through safety checks, and - once you approve it - delivers it to the site channel you connect. We do not host, serve, or provision your website; you publish to your own domain through the channel you set up.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for anyone you invite to it.
  • You must have the right to connect the sites and analytics accounts you connect, and to publish the content you generate.
  • You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • produce unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
  • publish content that violates a platform's policies or a third party's rights;
  • attempt to bypass the safety checks, rate limits, or access controls; or
  • disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Content ownership

You own the content you generate and the positioning you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (e.g. to process, store, and deliver your content). We own the Service itself and our software; these terms grant you a right to use it, not to own it.

You are responsible for what you publish

You review and approve content before it is delivered, and you decide what goes live on your domain. You are responsible for ensuring published content complies with applicable law and the policies of the platforms you use.

Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g. Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, GitHub, Google). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their services or availability.

No guarantee of results

Search rankings and traffic depend on many factors outside our control. We provide tools to help you publish quality content consistently, but we do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, or commercial result.

Fees

Paid plans (if any) are billed as described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on reasonable notice.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
