The safety layer: why nothing skips it
The uniqueness, quality, pace and compliance checks that keep your domain safe.
The risk it protects against
Search engines actively penalise sites that publish large amounts of thin, near-duplicate, automatically generated content. The penalty is severe: a site can be removed from search results almost entirely, losing the traffic it depends on. This is a real, documented risk, and it is the single biggest danger of pointing any AI content tool at a domain you care about.
The safety layer exists so that this cannot happen through RankMoss. It is not an optional feature or a setting you can switch off. Every piece of content must pass it before it can ever reach you, with no way around it.
The four checks
Each draft is measured against four independent gates. A draft that fails any of them is rejected and rewritten or discarded, never delivered.
- Uniqueness: anything too similar to an existing page for your project is rejected, including near-duplicate titles. This is what stops two of your own pages competing for the same answer and both losing.
- Quality floor: a minimum of real substance. Thin filler is caught and rejected before you ever see it.
- Pace: a cap on how many new pages are added per day for a domain. Growth is steady and human-paced, never a sudden burst that looks like spam.
- Compliance: nothing from your banned-claims list can appear. The engine cannot say something you have told it never to say.
Review or auto, always your call
On top of the four checks, you control when content publishes. New projects start in review mode, which means nothing goes live without your explicit approval. You read each piece and decide.
You can opt a project into auto mode, where approved-quality content publishes on its own, but even then every safety check still runs first. Auto never means unchecked; it only means you have chosen not to click approve on each one. The safety layer applies identically in both modes.
