Analytics: the feedback that makes each batch smarter
How Search Console and GA4 data close the loop and tell you what is working.
Two data sources, one picture
RankMoss reads two things when you connect them. From Search Console it learns which questions you already appear for, how often, and where you rank. From your analytics it learns who is arriving, from where, and what they do once they land.
Together these close the loop. The engine can see which of your pages and questions are climbing, and write more around the phrases that are already improving, instead of guessing. The more it is connected, the sharper each new batch of content becomes.
What you see
The analytics view turns that data into plain numbers and trends over the last 28 days: unique users, impressions, clicks, click-through rate, average position, visits arriving from AI answers, leads, and goal completions. Each has a headline figure and a trend line you can switch between, so you can see direction, not just a snapshot.
The most useful signal is often not the headline number but the shape of the trend: a query climbing from the third page towards the first, or AI visits rising week on week, tells you where momentum is building.
Goals that fit your business
A goal means something different for every business: a purchase, a booking, a demo request, a phone tap, a form. You do not have to configure anything for this to work. By default RankMoss counts standard purchase and sign-up events from your analytics automatically, with no setup.
If your goal is a different event, you can refine it: mark that event as a key event in your analytics, or pick exactly which events count in Project Settings. But that is an optional refinement, not a requirement. Out of the box, the goal figure reflects real sales and signups without you touching anything.
